Family Account not blocking site after Windows 10 Upgrade.

After upgrading to Windows 10, your Family Account is not blocking websites anymore.
Solution 1:
1. Set up a new family account on the device. Meaning if you have an existing account. You to remove or delete it and add it again.
2. Log in as child account to verify the account.
3. After verification, please restart the computer.
